Gazipaşa Airport to Alanya: How to Get There by Transfer, Taxi or Shuttle (2026)

Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport (IATA: GZP), often simply called Alanya Airport, is the small airport east of Alanya. If your hotel or apartment is in Alanya, Mahmutlar or Kargıcak, it is much closer than Antalya Airport (AYT). Here is how to get from the terminal to your accommodation, and what each option costs.

1. Private transfer (fixed price, door to door)

A pre-booked private transfer is the simplest option after a flight: your driver tracks your flight, waits at the terminal exit with a sign showing your name and drives you straight to your hotel door. The price is per vehicle, not per person, and is fixed when you book:

2. Taxi

Taxis wait outside the terminal. The fare is set by the meter, so it depends on traffic and your exact address; ask the driver for an estimate before you set off. For a family with several suitcases, a pre-booked vehicle at a fixed price is often easier to plan.

3. Shuttle bus and public transport

Shuttle buses (in Turkey often called “Havaş”) and dolmuş minibuses may run between the airport and Alanya, timed to the flights, but services and times change with the season and the flight schedule. Check the current times with the airport or the operator before you travel, especially for late arrivals. Stops are rarely at your hotel door, so allow for a short walk or a taxi at the end.

Gazipaşa or Antalya Airport?

Most flights to the Alanya area land at Antalya Airport. From there Alanya is about 125 km away; the drive takes 1 h 45 min - 2 h 15 min depending on traffic and the transfer costs €70 one way. If you can choose your flight and are staying in Alanya or further east, Gazipaşa saves you a long drive; for Side, Manavgat or Belek, Antalya Airport is usually closer.
